Unpublished: FOTD Catalog

I realized the other day after going through all of my un-cropped/un-resized photos that I had a lot of FOTDs I had taken and never posted. I thought I would share with you the results of some of those and if you take a liking to one look or another, I can do a full post sharing all of the products I used.  Otherwise, I will note the main product that sticks out to me that I used for the look at hand.

This FOTD was created to show how I used Bare Escentuals Prime Time primer in Urban Nature and MAC’s Vex eyeshadow. Trying to capture the color was difficult!

I wanted to do a look showing how blue mascara looks on. It’s very eye-brightening! This mascara is Hard Candy Ginormous Lash in Electric Blue. In the crease in MAC Parisian Skies.

This is a more natural FOTD. I used Evolution Revolution lipglass. I also wanted to show how using a gold liner brightens on the lower lashline. Here I used MUFA aqua liner in 9L.

Sometimes I capture an image that isn’t quite…posed…so you get a half smile I was going out shopping and to dinner and wanted something more fierce. I was inspired by the second look Nicki Minaj wore in her Super Bass video. I used MAC Platinum Pigment with Fix+ for the inner corner, very inner part of upper lid. I also mixed together MAC Pink Friday lipstick with MAC Chatterbox lipstick. It made a great bright, medium-warm pink

I snapped this FOTD after receiving my swap with the ever-so-lovely  DelytefulSpeaks. That’s Illamasqua Furore Pigment with Fix+ on my lids, Burberry Russet Blush on my cheeks, and Inglot #104 lipstick on my lips.

I don’t often use black on my waterline, but when I go out sometimes I like to be a bit more dramatic. That’s TopShop lipstick in Infared on my lips, many thanks to fabulous  J. from Lil Lady’s Life for sending this my way!

Not everyone may have seen this when I twitpic’d it weeks ago, but this is Illamasqua Ore pigment. I used it wet, dry and dry over wet to create a multidimensional look with only one shadow on my lids…of course, the great lighting at the time really helped

I was testing out some Mally products here. The Just Heaven blush and highlighting duo is what I used on my cheeks and Blossom lipgloss on my lips (incidentally one of my favorite lipgloss shades ever).

I remember when I wore this look! This was what I wore when I went to CCO sometime in late June or early July. This was Urban Decay’s 24-7 glide on pencil in Deviant on the lower lashline.

That’s all I have for now. Some FOTD’s are meant to never see the light of day…and others just need to be shared. The rest I keep under lock and key (and SSL encrypted Fort Knox like passwords) I need to get better about posting  FOTDs right away…instead of letting them collect dust on my hard drive!
